magicicadaanother combo post due to lack of time
1. making quick train trip to florida and back, gotta halloween party to attend that cannot be beat.
2. i might have seen edwards motorcade. i take 40 w to 540 after work. usually i 40 e towards raleigh is completely slogged. i looked over and noticed that there were hardly any cars at all in the eastbound lane. just as i was thinking that was odd, i saw the cop cars with lights on and a few well-tinted civilian cars in the center of the pack. edwards and bon jovi are having a rally in raleigh tonight so it seems likely. i honked and waved madly. it really cheered up my commute.
