first day - again

this afternoon, i will be going in to the actual office that i'll be working with to meet my cow-orkers (including the boss) for the first time. actually, one of my coworkers is my former instructor, who is a pretty nifty guy, but you get the idea. this will be my 3rd first day by my reckoning. there was also the 'hr block' orientation and the first day of training. this is rather disorienting and strange. i'm good with it, as i find the first day/training bit of a job is often more interesting than the daily grind, but it's getting odd. the really nice thing is that the weather has been unseasonably warm and i've had time to just loll about on the bed reading. i feel like i'm back in summertime with no cares at all. i am also becoming unreasonably spoiled by not having to go into work in the mornings. my current hope for a 'real job' is to find something part time in the afternoons, so that sylvia and i can continue to have our slow mornings together.
