May. 10th, 2005 10:45 pmthere were *multiple* system outages today, and in fact, most things are still down. as i work in the customer support center, it made for a most interesting day. this is the great thing. i was enjoying myself. this is more or less worse case scenario for this job, and i was digging it.

i logged in after sylvia had gotten to sleep to see if i could help out any. unfortunately, they don't have my voip phone set up and the HEAT (trouble ticket) system was also down by this point. i logged off after a fairly ominous sounding conference call. if you don't hear a peep from me tomorrow, you can be assured i am pounding the keys and reassuring the masses.
