It's your dern shot!

I just spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to set up the last in an immunization series for NCSU. This just shows how much of a joke the entire thing is. I have been attending school since 2005, but if I don't get the last shot in a series of childhood shots - that we all KNOW I had to have had in order to enter kindergarten - they will kick me out. Sigh. To top it off, they can't even locate which shot it is that I need to have. I cheerfully explained that I did not know, or care, what shot they gave me, as long as it clears up my record in the system.

:p.

On the up side, this is something that has been sitting on my to-do list for a month and a half (they give you two months). One by one, I am checking off my list of things delayed in lieu of studying. Yesterday, my Netflix account came out of hibernation and I saw a French movie :).

ah. clerical error. uf can provide you with a record of your immunizations, or at least they used to, if you can't get it from your childhood g.p. but good luck finding someone in the office at the infirmary this week.

yep, UF provided me with a list of everything that they checked for or administered - this wasn't on it. I think they waived the requirement for proof because I had attended a school in Florida, and thus must have had it. NC doesn't allow anything except for the papers themselves. I have no idea what the name of my childhood GP was, or whether or not he is even still in practice.
