It is an on going process. At least in Anna there was a period during the 6-10 month range that it was never ending. Then the pre-molars and molars came in around 14 months. We are still dealing with that.
The good news is there seems to be breaks and it does get easier until the molars which get kinda rough again.
Lots of snuggles and Motrin. Motrin is much better than Tylenol for tooth pain. When Sylvia is old enough, you may want to try Motrin and see if it works better for Sylvia. Oregel was pointless for us.
