too busy for a real update

so i shall just post this:

i have found that poems that require research, tend not to work for me. on the workbench, shattered, lies a poem about cicadas. i'm afraid that the poem about 'aromatic hydrocarbons' will meet the same fate as a page containing "cyanosis" and "mostly children under 5" is enough to make my muse slam the door and start burning all my stuff.

i am working earnestly on revising 4, yes 4, poems about space/science fiction themes. oddly enough, i was once trying to write sci/fi for the higher quality fanbase and could not manage at all. now they're oozing out of my ears. that doesn't mean they're any good of course. one is a bit formulaic, or was, i ditched the format and we'll see if it can survive on it's own.

enough, more pseudo updating later. and yes, i realize i never did quite finish the texas update.

taxes are due april 15th!

hehe, we already filed for an extension anyway... but yeah, forgot we got an automatic one.

Should be our final semi-complex year of moving countries though, and then becomes a nice easy return year on year for us. I guess buying this house makes it -even- easier because then we won't have any money!
