not the right kitty

ixnay on the atcay. the owners of the potential feline family member have shown up. i think the worst thing about this is that i had done a very good job of denying to myself that i needed another kitty. but i cannot deny how good i felt when i thought this little tortie might be coming home with us. so, despite the fact that the economics may not be lining up as well as they could be, we are planning a trip to the animal shelter as soon as we get back from our great florida adventure.

We stopped to get the times for a nifty old fashioned spot to eat on our way elsewhere sunday. there was a kitty in need of a home and i thought about you, but how would we send him up there?
