to not declare it's over until it's all in. i don't understand spending all the effort to make sure that people can vote provisionally and then declaring the election over before those votes are counted.
upon reflection, and a lot of sleep, i think that my main anger in this election should be more properly reflected at the majority of americans who did vote for bush. as bad as it is that he stole the first election, it is even worse that the american people bent over and gave him the next.
