great plots afoot.
i have completed my application for nc state. i am quavering in fear as the minimum gpa is 3.0, and mine is 2.955357143 [1]. i resisted the urge to send poetry samples, but did end up knocking off something not unlike a 'personal statement'. i sent off my transcript requests tuesday, now we wait....
ergh.
on the positive side, i have found 5 possible courses that will fit my schedule fall semester :>.
[1] yes, i did obsess upon this and break out my SFCC transcript, Excel and a copy of the Transfer Equivalencies for my assorted schooling. of course, i forgot to factor in the Calc course that I failed utterly. ARGGGHHH. then again, there may be other courses from UF that were not transferred over to SFCC that I actually passed.... i could go on like this ALL NIGHT and most of tomorrow too and it would get me nowhere. it would be more productive to play with the lj-drama generator. does this stop me? nooooo! what will stop me? i have got to go to work tomorrow - so that i can obsess further. actually, i am going to be taking sylvia to her new daycare tomorrow for a bit of transitioning. then we'll see if 'winter weather events' will allow me to take her to the old daycare or if we're going to stay home all day. you see, this is why i need to post regularly, otherwise we get these bizarre unending footnotes.

sometimes (SOMETIMES) when you transfer schools they will reject a really low grade and it gets removed from the GPA... or maybe that was just a myth told to me by an recruiter...
