i think we'll lower the mattress by one peg when we move the crib into her room. we've gotten a lot more religious about raising the crib rail.

p.s yes, i'm responding to really old comments. sometimes i don't have time to respond when i get them, so i thought i'd check for old thoughts :)

Anna went from the top notch to the bottom in a week. Once she was sitting up on her own she suddenly started standing.

We are still waiting for the "jumping out of the crib to get toy" accident. It hasn't happened yet but it will be any day now. She keeps throwing her toys out of the crib and screaming for them once it hits the ground.

does your side rail come off? i'm thinking when that point is imminent, we'll just convert to 'toddler bed'. is there any advantage to the caging if you're not sure if she can get out?

Anna keeps getting stuck in the back slats. Our only option is to get a toddler bed with no slats or mattress on the floor.
