quick cooking question

magicicadaI am planning on making pork chops with corn flake coating, but because I am trying to avoid HFCS, I bought multi-grain flakes instead of corn flakes. What do you think? Will this work, or should I try harder to find organic corn flakes or skip the coating altogether?
