quick cooking question

I am planning on making pork chops with corn flake coating, but because I am trying to avoid HFCS, I bought multi-grain flakes instead of corn flakes. What do you think? Will this work, or should I try harder to find organic corn flakes or skip the coating altogether?

And today I discovered that they sell individually-wrapped boneless skinless chicken breasts (in an exterior bag). Man, that makes my job SO much easier, and I bet it'll be a very long time before I have to throw out chicken because it's gone bad before I could cook it.
