magicicadasylvia is sleeping in her crib, in her room. i think i'm going to cry. of course, she'll wake up a few times before morning, but this is still a big step - at least for mommy *sniff*.
in other news, in 2 weeks we will be flying southwest air to detroit, and then on to wyandotte, michigan. we are not sure at all of the timing of aunt patty's surgery at this point. on top of everything, she now has shingles and i want sylvia no where near her. hopefully, this will turn out to be good timing, otherwise, we can move up the dates if we need to. thanks to everyone for advice on airline fares.
