while antibiotics are often overused, there is a wondrous place for them, and tonsilitis would be it. ah, i can actually enjoy swallowing instead of having it be the curse of my existence. i am no longer freaking out poor little sylvia by refusing to speak to her. i am a happy camper.

I am glad you are feeling better. Pray you have already had Hand-Foot-Mouth as a kid and have long forgotten it. Sylvia will get it one day and it will suck big time. I didn't get it as a kid and both of us had it at about the same time. It gives you blisters all over you hands, feet, and the inside of you mouth (gums, skin and throat). You can't talk, eat, walk, and touching is painful at best.

How is Sylvia? Did she get it?
