congratulations! I do apologize for not getting you in touch with my-dad-the-appraiser... we're just, uh, not really speaking right now. I'm sure you'll do great at the program, and I know about lots of spiffy appraiser software (and even have a test copy of some around here i think) if you want to talk shop
